It is an easily adjustable and useful machine. It is a machine with high work efficiency. Our warehouses are produced from polyester against the negative effects of pesticides. The water filter can be cleaned easily. The hydraulic mixing system mixes the drug with water homogeneously. The pressure of the discharged drug can be changed by the pressure regulator. In this way, spraying can be done at the desired flow rate (lt/min). The tank filler in the machine fills the drug tank under 30 bar pressure in a very short time. It provides easy mounting to the tractor with the drawbar with towed type wheel jack system. The machine can move in a vertical position within a range of 75 cm with the help of the hydraulic system on the spray arms. In addition, it is a very effective machine in mechanization in the fight against sunn pest. There is an embossed or transparent level indicator on the tank. There is a clean water tank that is independent of the spraying tank.

General features

It is connected to the tractor by the drawbar. The pressure required for spraying is provided by hydraulic membrane pumps. The pump takes its movement from the tractor PTO. Comet brand pumps are used as standard. A fiberglass (reinforced) or polyethylene tank is used as a spraying tank. The turbo fan on the machine provides compressed air to its surroundings with its propeller, which takes its movement from the tractor spindle. As standard, the movement of the turbo fan is transferred by the gearbox (slow/fast speed – empty stage). The air flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the direction of the moving propeller of the fan. By adjusting the angle (beam) and direction of the nozzles on the fan or by changing the plates, the shot distance and the amount of drug dispensed can be adjusted. By using the distributor valves on the regulator, medication can be delivered to the right-left or both directions. The turbo fan offers an average throw distance.

Optional Features

Appropriate apparatus can be added to the turbo fan. Hydraulic arm drawbar can be connected, which provides ease of turning in tight spaces. Spraying arm or hose wrapping apparatus can be attached to the back of the turbo fan. Optionally, a hose gun can be supplied next to the machine.

It is connected to the tractor from 3 points by its hydraulic arms. The pressure required for spraying is provided by hydraulic membrane pumps. The pump takes its movement from the tractor PTO. A fiberglass (reinforced) or polyethylene tank is used as a spraying tank. The turbo fan on the machine provides compressed air to its surroundings with its propeller, which takes its movement from the tractor PTO. As a standard, the motion is transferred to the turbo fan with a belt-pulley assembly. With the separator on the fan, the fan is prevented from turning by taking it to neutral when desired. The air flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the direction of the moving propeller of the fan. By adjusting the angle (spray) and direction of the nozzles on the fan or by changing the plates, the shot distance and the amount of drug dispensed can be adjusted. By using the distributor valves on the regulator, medication can be delivered to the right, left or both directions. The turbo fan offers an average throw distance.

Optional Features

Comet brand Italian pumps can be used. Appropriate apparatus can be added to the turbo fan. Spraying arm or hose wrapping apparatus can be connected to the front of the turbo fan. Movement transmission can be provided with a 3-stage (slow / fast speed – empty stage) gearbox. Turbo fans can use a plastic or brass turbo nozzle with or without a drip cutter. Optionally, a hose gun can be supplied next to the machine.
